Great area, Momoe gave very specific instructions that made it very easy to find the place. They also waited for us to get there and personally showed us around the house and amenities. Very quiet neighborhood, this place would be good for families.
Me and my friends originally planned to stay in another apartment in Tokyo until we had to find out that the booking messed up... stranded in a café we found Momoe’s place. At that point, we just wanted to find something affordable and not too far from Tokyo. At first we thought the apartment would be quite far away from the sightseeing spots in the city that you want to visit as a tourist. But after the check-in and our first day we experienced the area and the apartment as super cozy and authentic. Not far away at all. The host is super kind and made sure we feel comfortable and welcome. She answered very fast and is a super reliable person. Should I be blessed to come back to Tokyo at some point in the future, I would definitely check out if Momoes place is available!
The location is good and the directions we had were spot on.Our host met us and explained the flat to us. I t was a decent space for a Japanese home, we were 4 adults and managed ok. The only limit was for cooking as there are few utensils and no plates or knives so as a westerner it was a bit limiting,, but that said we were out in the city most of the time. It was clean, you can do washing there easily and the bathroom is good.

Place is exactly as Momoe san described, all amenities prepared and apartment is super clean. Momoe san is also very hospitable and replies fast, which I'm very grateful for. Apartment is about 10 minutes walk from ikebukuro station and easy to locate. It has been a pleasant stay for us family of four, would definitely stay again for a trip back to Tokyo!
La casa e' molto piccola per i standard italiani, noi eravamo in 5 persone....comunque si trova in una zona semicentrale di tokyo dove hai tutti i sevizi sotto (Website hidden by Airbnb) consiglio a chi vuole spendere poco e non ha grosse pretese....per il rest l' host e' sempre disponibile a qualsiasi richiesta...

Momoe was a great host with a tidy home! Located not far from the public transportation station and a nice quieter stroll in Tokyo.

Momoe is an amazing host and this accomodation is great for a smaller group of friends. At even the slightest issue she made sure to deliver great service no matter the time of day. Newly renovated apartment with everything you need for a good visit in Tokyo.
About 5 minutes on foot near the station. After there are a lot of eating shops in the circumference. When I come back this city I'll use Momoe ' apartment. Momoe is great host and very kind person.
